The Song of the Day...21.09.2012

Hello my friends!
I chatted  with a friend from my home town yesterday . We haven't seen each other for almost 13 years so we had to update many information :-).We talked almost 2 hours and I don't know why, I become nostalgic.
I guess I felt a little sad, because the time passes and unfortunately, it is irreversible.
So, for the old time's sake...when I begged my mother to buy me a black leather jacket (and I convinced her), I choose "Sweet Child O' Mine" played by Guns N' Roses to be the song of the day.
Have  a wonderful week-end and till' next time...Live Your Life in the Rhythm of Music!!!

The Song of the Day...14.09.2012

Today I choose an Italian song, which I really love it!
It is played by Laura Pausini and Tiziano Ferro and I know...it's not a dynamic rhythm...but I'm still in the mood  to mourn the end of summer.
So here I go, presenting you a very beautiful duet of two great voices singing No me  lo so spiegare ( I can't figure it out). I have to thank to a special friend who showed me this beautiful clip, so now, I can share it with you!
I hope you like it and until next time.....Live your Life in the Rhythm of Music!!!!

Le medicin malgre lui - The doctor in Spite of Himself - Moliere

Hello my friends!
I choose to write today about Le medicin malgre lui ( The doctor in spite of himself) by Moliere.
I had the chance to see it yesterday, played by some wonderful young actors and I loved it!
The plot is very funny....Sganarelle, the woodcutter turned doctor in spite of himself, is the object of a joke orchestrated by his wife Martine. She wants to punish him and make him pay for all the ass-kicking with a somewhat blunt object that she endured.
So she convinces Lucas and Valere, servants of a rich man called Geronte, that her husband is a very  good doctor and he can heal all the diseases, but he needs to be very well beaten to remember his healing skills.
Lucas and Valere are very glad to hear that, because they were looking a  doctor for their master's daughter, Lucinde, who lost her speech.
These two servants  find the oblivious wood-cutter drinking  and force him, by blows to admit his imputed profession and go with them.
You can only imagine how many funny events happens until the story's end.
Sganarelle without knowing a single medical word succeeds to heal the young Lucinde, because her illness was caused by the fact that she couldn't be with the one she loved, Leandre.
Moliere style is unique...he manged to capture very well every characters' features in a comic way.
So...if you want to have fun...you should read or watch this play!

The Song of the Day...06.09.2012

Hello my friends!
I was a little bit busy lately, but now I'm back and having a little free time, I  post The Song of  the Day.
I realize that I didn't post anything in September so I want to begin with the song of the guys from Green Day, called "Wake me up when September ends".
I choose this song, even if it's sad, because I'm in nostalgic mood...I miss summer, with vacation, long and sunny days and feel a little dizzy changing the season.
Every year I have the same feeling, but after September ends, I get used with cloudy & rainy days, with cold mornings and evenings and hot afternoons and with shorter days.
Till next time....Live Your Life in the Rhythm of Music!!!!!

Madrid

Hello my friends!
Today I've posted some pictures taken in my short visit in Madrid! I can say that I felt in love with that city, with those friendly people and if I want, at some point, to relocate with my family, Madrid is on the top of my options list.
Even if I didn't use a map, I managed to find all the places that I wanted to visit, relying on my poor Spanish.
I made this trip with my hubby and we had such a lovely time walking from Atocha to  Vicente Calderon stadium, I've visited the Doors to Europe and a little village near Madrid called Parla.
It was great and the people form Spain are helping a lot the dizzy tourists.I've visited Santiago Bernabeu stadium and the Wax Museum!
Till next time...Live Your Life in the Rhythm of Music!
