One year ago, being inspired by my good friend Andrea (thank you!!! :-*), I've created this musical blog, with no big expectations, but soon, I realized that I've won a lot and I'm a rich person. I'm rich because I'VE GOT YOU, my friends, I learnt a lot from you...how to combine clothes, what make-up is appropriate for a certain event, how to cook, how to arrange a table for guests. 

You, girls offered me the chance to know countries and civilizations through your personal experience, through your lens and in this way you determinate me to travel too.

Even if it was a very difficult year for me, your positive feed-back made me optimistic and happy.

"Music is the universal language of mankind" one smart man said this...and is true. 

It's amazing how some sounds can change our mood, how a certain rhythm can awake us to life...music is good for good moon, sad moments and recently I read in a newspaper that music have therapeutic effect.

So, my friends....LET THE MUSIC PLAY!!!!!

1. I love music and I can't imagine life without music- I think that you already know this

2. I love spending my time reading books, on line magazines

3. I'm a friendly person and I give 100% in a friendship, relationship, that's why I expect the same from the other side

4. I don't get angry quickly, but when I do is only because the other person lost his/ her common sense

5. On the top of my wishlist is a trip to New York

6. This year, I prove myself that I'm a strong person, who can handle any situation

7. I still like writing and receiving letters, but unfortunately there are few people who use this way of communication, when is much faster to use internet.

Hello my friends!

Today it's a quick post, before my boss arrives in the office.

I like this song because I've discovered by mistake on facebook...it's calm, it's for a lazy & rainy  Sunday and I hope you'll enjoy it with a cup of warm tea ( outside is very cold for May - I'm wearing boots, imagine that).

Vienna

Hello my dears!

I missed again for a while, but I promise that it worth it :-D.

I missed because, I was on an unexpected trip to Vienna :-) and I returned full of energy, hope, and a high level of self esteem :), eager to start a new trip,  even if this was one full of adventure, adrenaline and problems to solve :-).

I traveled by train by myself and of course, in my way to Vienna, I had to make a change in Budapest Keleti station, but I didn't catch the train for Vienna. 

Then my mobile didn't worked, no one knew where could I find a card for public phone so...I had to think a lot for a solution. Finally I managed to call my sister and announce her that I didn't catch the train, to get to Vienna and to have a very fast tour of the city center.

This city is wonderful, full of people and many tourist attractions, so I promised myself I'll be back to see more, because it's impossible to see all in few hours.

The Song of the Day...25.04.2013

Hello my friends!

Today I'm gonna propose to listen a song played by 2 different bands, The Smiths and Nouvelle Vague.

The song belongs to the British band The Smiths (which, by the way, is one of my favorite and I wrote about them in the previouse post) and was released as a single in 1995.

Hola amigos!

Hoy voy a proponer a escuchar una canción interpretada por 2 bandas diferentes, The Smiths y Nouvelle Vague.
La canción pertenece a la banda británica The Smiths (que, es una de mis favoritas y he escrito sobre ellos en el post de ayer) y fue lanzado como single en 1995.

The second version is a cover, played by Nouvelle Vague ( New Wave), a French cover band formed in 2003.

La segunda versión es  interpretada por Nouvelle Vague (Nueva Ola), un grupo de versiones francesa formada en 2003.

Which version do you like the most?

The Song of the Day...24.04.2013

Hello my dears,

You all know that I love music, but there is something that you don't know...that my hubby have the same hobby :-P.

So we try to record covers when we have time and when we are in the mood to play something, even if we don't have a recording studio.

For today I choose to post the song Please, please, please let me get what I want played by The Smiths -an English alternative rock band formed in 1982, in Manchester. The band included the vocalist Morrissey, the guitarist Johnny Marr, the drummer Mike Joyce and the bassist Andy Rourke.

The band was considered by the critics  the most important alternative British rock band and even so, they broke up in 1987 and turned down many offers to reunite.

As a bonus I post the cover of this song, played by me and my hubby. I'm sorry for the quality of the video, but..please take in consideration the fact that we tried.
